Every CryoMassage session includes up to a 30-minute Infrared Sauna after. The sauna gives the body time to relax, settle, and finish the appointment with heat after focused cryotherapy and hands-on massage work.

Sunlighten Infrared Sauna adds real value to the CryoMassage experience because it supports the recovery side of the appointment instead of rushing the client out after the hands-on work is complete.

Normatec Recovery Boots use dynamic air compression to create a pulsing compression experience for the legs. The boots inflate and release in a controlled sequence, creating a recovery-focused session that feels different from regular massage work.

This is a strong option for clients who stand for long hours, train hard, feel heavy in the legs, or want extra recovery support around their CryoMassage membership.

ShapeScale gives CryoMassage members a photorealistic 3D scan and measurable wellness data they can compare over time. This is not a Slimming Sessions feature on this website. For CryoMassage members, ShapeScale adds a premium data check-in that helps clients understand their body composition, track consistency, and see measurable changes beyond body weight alone.

A ShapeScale scan can show data such as Shape Score, body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, appendicular lean mass, visceral fat level, circumference measurements, volume measurements, and regional analysis. Members can compare scans over time, view side-by-side changes, and use heatmaps to better understand where changes are happening.

ShapeScale is a wellness tracking tool, not a medical diagnosis. Results are used to support progress tracking, consistency, and client understanding over time.
